Cost: Free to attend. Membership is encouraged to help sustain our local chapter and PFLAG National.
Who attends meetings? People attend our meetings for many reasons: some have a child, relative, or friend who recently came out; others are LGBTQ+ themselves; and many join simply as allies wanting to listen, learn, and show support.
Everyone is welcome.
This is a non-partisan, non-denominational group.
What Happens at a PFLAG Huntington Beach Meeting?​​
You can participate as much or as little as you like — some people share, others just listen.
Brief Introductions
Introductions to get to know each other.
Group Discussions
Sharing personal stories, asking questions, listening to others' experience.
Current Events
Discuss most recent current events & policies impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
Rule #1
What’s said in the room, stays in the room. Confidentiality is essential to creating a safe space.
Speakers
Occasional guest speaker presentations, when applicable.

Attendees must be 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
